What a session looks like.

Each session is held in a slow, intentional rhythm. There is time to arrive. Time to settle. Time to feel. And time to gently come back.

Sessions typically last between 75 and 90 minutes. The first conversation is unhurried — we listen to your story before any inner work begins. Subsequent sessions move deeper as trust builds.

You will leave each session with simple inner practices — small ways to keep the healing alive between visits.
